The whale watching tour sightseeing boat is enclosed. If you want to see marine animals outside the cabin, please bring your own warm clothing.
Cancellation may be due to uncontrollable weather conditions or other reasons. If cancelled due to weather conditions, a full refund will be issued.
Due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, whales may not be visible, and if no whales are seen after going out to sea, a refund of 80% will be issued.
According to the scheduled schedule, gather at Whaleway Railway Station in Kekula Town. Late arrival will be considered as NO SHOW and no changes or refunds will be made. Please be aware!
Q: Is there a risk of capsizing the ship?
A: No, not really.
Q: Will there be seasickness?
A: It varies from person to person. You can bring your own seasickness medicine. Kekula Whale Watching Retail Store can provide you with non pharmacological ways to alleviate seasickness, such as:

Q: What marine creatures can be seen?
A: Mainly to see sperm whales. Due to the potential underwater potential of sperm whales during their travel time, we can see whales on average 1 to 2 times per voyage. In Kekula, sperm whales swim with intervals of 40 to 60 minutes. Most of the sperm whales we see along our coastline are male. Sperm whales form a loose community, usually kept several miles away from each other, so it is very lucky to see one to two sperm whales in one trip. Almost 80% of the world's whale and dolphin species migrate through our coastlines, so there are opportunities to see other types of marine animals throughout the year, such as blue whales, fin whales, killer whales, humpback whales, minke whales, giant whales, killer whales/killer whales, southern right whales, true sea dolphins, bottlenose dolphins, southern ridge dolphins, elephant seals, and leopard seals.

1: The scheduled time is for the Whale Watching Office to report the ticket change time, not the departure time. Just arrive on time according to the scheduled time, without the need for advance. The departure time is 30 minutes after the ticket change is reported.
2: The Kekula Whale Watching Office has a whale watching introduction manual in multiple languages, including Simplified and Traditional Chinese, which can be obtained for free.
3: Kekula Whale Watch reports that there are sufficient free parking spaces in front of the office for guests to use.
