FAQ about the project

Children can enter with two adults. Children under 2 years old can enter for free. Children under 8 years old should enter the hot spring under the supervision of adults at all times.
Q: Will the mineral-rich hot spring water affect jewelry?
A: Mineral-rich water may stain some silver and gold jewelry. Please take off these precious jewelry before entering the hot spring pool~ If your jewelry has touched the water and become dirty, you can clean it yourself or take it to a jewelry store for cleaning~
Q: What is the white substance in the pool?
A: There are some active mineral elements in the hot spring water. When the water cools, these minerals will quietly change and stick together, becoming visible to the naked eye. Whether it is white particles in the water or milky white water, it is because of this reason. When the temperature drops, the clarity of mineral water will change with changes in atmospheric conditions and mineral solid suspensions.
Q: What physical health conditions should be paid attention to when taking a hot spring or hydrotherapy in a hot spring pool?
A: If you are allergic to sulfur, we strongly recommend that you do not bathe in the hot springs, otherwise you may have skin allergies. If you have a cold or flu, it is best to wait until you recover before bathing in the hot springs for the health of other guests.
Q: Can I bathe in hot springs during pregnancy?
A: We recommend that pregnant women should be cautious when bathing in hot springs, and only bathe in alkaline hot spring pools at low temperatures (33 degrees to 38 degrees) while ensuring high intake of water and adequate rest. We do not recommend pregnant women bathe in the acidic Priest Spa. Some pregnant women choose to soak their feet only.
Q: Can I bathe in such hot springs if I have a baby?
A: Babies can bathe in hot mineral hot springs, but we recommend that you bathe in a pool with a lower temperature to ensure that the temperature is not too high and overheated, and keep an eye on the baby~~
Q: Are towels and lockers included?
A: Admission to the Deluxe Lakeside Hot Springs includes towels and lockers. For other items, you can rent towels for $10, which is refunded to $5 when you return them, or you can buy them from the Spa Essentials Shop. You can use the storage bucket for free, but the secure lockers for valuables cost $5 to rent.
Q: Do we have any dress code in the hot spring pool?
A: Swimming suits are required in the pool. Cotton shirts and pants and underwear are not allowed in the pool. Infants must wear swimming diapers. Swimming suits are not mandatory in private pools.
Q: Can I use the private pool alone?
A: No, we have a rule that private pools that are not in public view must have at least two adults aged 15 and over in each pool.
Q: Can I let my child soak in the hot spring by himself?
A: Children under 8 years old must be cared for by an adult over 16 years old. You must stay with the child at all times and be able to provide some help immediately. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Q: Are there changing rooms?
A: All Polynesian Spas have changing rooms with showers and lockers.
Q: How often is the water changed?
A: All pools meet strict water quality standards. It is stipulated that we must change the water in the pools every 4 hours. We meet this requirement and for some pools we change the water every 3 hours. There is a constant flow of clean, fresh water into the pools during the day; at night, the pools are emptied, cleaned, and refilled with clean hot spring water.
