A: The navigation routes of both are the same. The scenic sightseeing cruise offers explanations in multiple languages and a variety of lunch options. Experience a comfortable sightseeing trip on a luxury ship, and the cruise lasts for 1 hour and 40 minutes, which is shorter than the 2 hours and 30 minutes of the nature exploration cruise. The boat for the nature exploration tour only has English explanations. There is a nature guide on board, a simple lunch, and the boat is also small.
Q: How long does it take to get to Milford Sound?
A: Milford Sound is about a 5-6 hour drive from Queenstown and about a 3-hour drive from Tianau. Note that there are no gas stations on the way from Tianau to Milford Sound.
Q: Where can I park and have my ticket checked after arriving at Milford Sound?
A: There is a free parking lot at Milford Sound. It is best to reserve 45 minutes for parking and then go to the visitor center to exchange tickets and board the ship. It is required to check in and board the ship at least 20 minutes before the departure time.

A: If you have booked our bus to Milford Sound, we will pick you up at most of the hotels in Queenstown or Tianau. When you make a reservation, please inform us of the hotel address where you would like us to pick you up, or we can gather at our local tourist center and set off.
Q: What if we can't leave Milford Sound by plane due to the weather?
A: You can apply for a refund of the fare difference for this flight from the agency where you purchased the ticket. You can also take a bus back to Queenstown.
