2 thrilling zip lines + 21-meter free fall descent + 10-minute uphill hiking. It starts and ends at the Ziptrek mountain top treehouse.

FAQ about the project
- The minimum age requirement for the ecological high-altitude zip line is 6 years old.
- Participants of the activity need to sign the safety notice. Minors under the age of 18 need to have their signatures completed by a legal guardian.
- Children aged 6 to 14 must be accompanied by their parents or guardians throughout the entire journey.
- The minimum weight limit is 30 kilograms, and the maximum weight limit is 125 kilograms. Guests weighing less than 30 kilograms can only take the double-person ride with the guide on the 4 zip lines.
- The ecological high-altitude zip line is not affected by the weather and operates throughout the year without interruption.
- The climate on the mountain is changeable. Please wear comfortable and warm clothes. Even in summer, it is recommended to bring an extra jacket.
- Please wear comfortable shoes. Do not wear sandals or slippers with exposed toes.
- The items that can be carried during the journey are limited. Please try to reduce your personal belongings. You can leave your backpack for free at the reservation center in our town (45 camp street). Smaller items can be stored in the treehouse at the top of the mountain (only for Moa and Kereru tours).
- All trips start from the treehouse at the top of the sky cable car. You can take the sky cable car (about 40-60 minutes) or hike up through the Tiki path (about 60-90 minutes).
- All the zip lines are driven by gravity, so there is no need to worry about controlling your own speed of the ride. The tour guide will accompany the guests throughout the journey. One is at the sending area and the other is at the receiving area.
- Each group is limited to 10 people. Please consult the customer service for early booking to avoid affecting your trip.
- The check-in time is 15 minutes before the start of the activity. The location is the customer service treehouse on the top of the sky cable car.
- Please reserve at least 40 minutes to reach the zip line treehouse from the bottom of the sky cable car.
- The minimum number of people for this trip is 2. If you only book for one person, please go to the Queenstown center store one day in advance to inquire if it will be possible to go the next day or change the trip time to reach a group of 2 or more people.
- Note: Elderly, pregnant women, and those with mobility issues are recommended not to participate in this trip. If you have any of these conditions, please consult the customer service before booking.
