Please check your ticket and board the train at least 20 minutes in advance.
Trains are suspended on Christmas Day, December 25th.
Each passenger is limited to carrying two large pieces of luggage, with the total weight not exceeding 40 kilograms. The maximum weight of each piece of luggage shall not exceed 20 kilograms. Extra charges are required for carrying surfboards, bicycles, skis, etc. Due to space limitations, each train is limited to carrying 4 bicycles. Please make a reservation in advance.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the train carriages (smoking is also prohibited in some outdoor carriages).
Children under the age of 4 must be accompanied by an adult when taking the train.
In summer, the heat of the tracks may cause train speed limits and delays. In winter, the departure may be delayed due to the need to clear the snow on the track.
The train may depart from the intermediate station earlier when all the passengers have boarded.
