FAQ about the project

  1. October 1st - April 30th: every 20 minutes; May 1st - September 30th: every 30 minutes
  2. Transfer station for the red/blue ring line: Auckland Museum
  3. During this trip, the driver will provide English explanations for each attraction, and Chinese instructions will be provided at each stop. However, not everyone will receive them. Please return the Chinese manual to the driver after the trip.
  4. Please take the bus according to the confirmed date. The one-day bus ticket is valid for 24 hours, and the two-day bus ticket is valid for 48 hours (counting from the time of boarding).
  5. Ferry tickets are recommended to be exchanged on the day of travel, with a validity period of 12 months.
  6. The bus + ferry package can be used on different days, but you must take the bus first and then the ferry.
  7. Departure address for round-trip ferries to Devonport: Ferry Terminal, 99 Quay Street, Auckland, and arrive at Wharf, 1 Queens Parade, Devonport.
