Please be sure to provide valid contact information. Guests need to contact the event company between 7:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. the day before the event to confirm the departure time.
All guests will be strictly weighed before taking the hot air balloon ride. Please provide accurate weight information, which must not exceed 130kg. If you are overweight, please inform us. We will contact the event company specifically to inquire about the arrangements.
Infants are not allowed to ride. Children must be taller than 1.1 meters
