Cancel policy

  • Any cancellation within 56 hours of the event time will result in full payment by the customer. Cancellations or changes beyond 56 hours are free of charge. No fees are charged to customers for any flights cancelled by U-Fly Ltd.

FAQ about the project

Passengers in the back seat are free. The maximum weight of a single passenger is 125 kilograms. If the total weight of the passengers exceeds the maximum takeoff weight of the aircraft, U-fly reserves the right to refuse the passengers' boarding.
A refund will be given if the flight is delayed by more than 3 hours, but no additional compensation will be provided.
Flights cancelled due to weather or technical issues will be refunded, but no additional compensation will be provided.
4. Regarding the minimum age of the driver, both conditions of being over 10 years old and 1.4 meters tall must be met simultaneously.
5. Regarding the minimum age of passengers, it is best to be over 5 years old. If the weather is particularly fine on that day, children under the age of 5 (including infants) may be allowed to sit in the back seats and be held by their parents on their laps. However, it is recommended that children should not be under 5 years old at the scenic spot. This is because children may be scared or have difficulty adapting. If they scream or cry on the plane, it may affect the flight experience of the guests.
