A: Milford Fjord is located at the northern end of the national park. It is a typical fjord, a deep fjord between the steep mountain walls on both sides. It is approximately 13 kilometers in total length and is famous for its eye-catching scenery, especially Mount Mitre. Milford Sound is the most accessible of the 14 fjords in the national park and can be reached by car or plane. Magic Fjord is in the middle of the national park. The peaks there are not as high as those on both sides of Milford Fjord, but they are equally stunning. The Magic Fjord is approximately three times as long as the Milford Fjord, and at its widest point, it is about ten times as large as the Milford Fjord. The magical fjords are renowned for their wild natural landscapes and the rich variety of wild species that can be found everywhere.

A: Yes. It's very likely that you will have to share a room with another person. Alternatively, you can choose to pay for the entire four-person room or two double rooms to ensure privacy. Note: Shared four-person room: We will try our best to arrange for same-sex passengers to stay in the same cabin, but we cannot guarantee it.

Q: How long does it take to get to the Magic Fjord?
A: The Magic Fjord is about 2.5 to 3 hours' drive from Queenstown and about 30 minutes' drive from Tianau.

Q: Where can I park after arriving at the Magic Fjord?
A: The overnight parking lot is 950 meters away from the tourist center, and the non-overnight parking lot is right next to the Tourist center.

Q: Are there lockers in Magic Fjord?
A: The Magic Fjord Visitor Center offers lockers for overnight cruises, but the number is limited and they can only hold one backpack.

Q: Could you pick me up at the hotel in Queenstown or Tiannau?
A: If you have booked our bus to the Magic Fjord, we will pick you up at most of the hotels in Queenstown or Tianau. When you make a reservation, please inform us of the hotel address where you would like us to pick you up, or we can gather at our local tourist center and set off.
Q: What if we can't leave Magic Fjord by plane due to bad weather?
A: You can apply for a refund of the price difference for this flight from the agency where you bought the ticket. You can also take a bus.
