Queenstown Shotover Canyon Swing

Age and weight limit:
Age: over 10 years old. The consent of parents or guardians is required under the age of 16. Parents or guardians under the age of 14 need to accompany them all the way.
Weight: more than 35 kg (mainly you can wear a seat belt)
Single jump: less than 160 kg. Double jump: less than 180 kg.
Instructions for carrying items:
Camera - When swinging/sliding, you can use a hands-free device (wrist, chest or head strap)
Closed toe (sneakers, sneakers)
Please wear photos of souvenirs suitable for outdoors and weather conditions.
Money for videos and clothing - available at base
Guests wearing glasses:
For people wearing glasses, if you have contact lenses, we recommend that you wear contact lenses or bring your own glasses fixing strap.
Security: All players need to weigh, complete the security statement form and present their health.
Weather: It is operational in most weather conditions and is generally not affected by rainy days; unless the wind is too strong or the road is inaccessible due to ice and snow. If the cancellation is caused by bad weather and the customer is unable to rebook, we will provide a full refund.
Process description:
Customers report to our 34 Shotover Street store in Queenstown.
• Check in to the store 15 minutes before booking the departure time
•All check-in customers are required to show the reservation form, fill in the personal health statement and measure their weight.
• The driver will take the customer to the shuttle, and all kinds of interesting swing videos will be played on the bus. It only takes about 15 minutes to drive to the canyon.
• After arriving at the canyon, customers have to take their personal belongings before getting off; a gentle downhill 250-meter walk from the bus is in place at the base in the canyon.
• Before taking customers to the swing platform, we will make safety statements and explanations for guests at the base in the canyon.
• Guests participating in the swing will wear full-body safety suspender and inform all the safety information of the swing.
• After all guests have finished the first swing, guests can choose whether they want to jump a second time.
• After the jump, we will take off the guests' full body seat belt, and then guests can watch their photos and videos.
• Guests accompanying the viewing can upgrade and make up the price difference to participate in the swing if there is a vacancy and if there is any remaining one left.
• After completing all the activities, guests will walk 250 meters with the driver to the minibus and drive back to Queenstown.
• It takes about 2.5 hours for all activities to return to Queenstown from the beginning of check-in to the end.
