1 The activity company reserves the right to alter the proposed route or cancel any departure for the safety and/or comfort of the passengers.
2 All departures are subject to minimum numbers, sea and weather conditions and the activity company reserves the right to cancel a departure if requirements are not met.
3 Where a marine mammal sighting guarantee is provided and no marine mammals are sighted during the cruise, a free voucher will be provided to take the same trip again. (Free vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and valid for 12 months from the date of issue.)
4 Ocean Adventure is an adventure activity and is not suitable for anyone under 7 years of age, weighing over 120kg or with an existing medical condition. Children must be accompanied by an adult and be of suitable size and strength to participate. Please check at the point of booking prior to travel. The Captain has the final say on a passenger's fitness to travel.
5 Smoking or vaping is not permitted on board the vessel or vehicle and the company reserves the right to refuse any passenger who appears intoxicated at the time of boarding.
6 On all Explore Group tours and cruises, all children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
7. There is no toilet on board
